Persons wishing to contend for Committees that require election must notify the office of the Bishop on or before February 1, 2020. Election of the Episcopal Committee and Revisions Committee will take place at the seat of the Mid Year Conference, March 11, 2020.

The General Conference Program will determine when elections of the Preliminary Inquiry Committee, General Board, General Conference Commission, and Compilation Committee are to take place. Results are presented to the General Conference for action.
