Sunday evening: Opening Service. 
Monday morning: will be dedicated to Component Meetings.
Monday afternoon: Business Session will commence promptly at 12:00 Noon, with adjournment by 4:00 p.m.
Hotel accommodations: will be available through Tuesday, October 25th, so there will be no need to exit the Meeting early.

Wednesday: Available for Component Meetings
Thursday: The Opening Day for each of the SIX Annual Conferences. The Organization will take place in the morning. The Annual Sermon will be in the evening.
Saturday midmorning: The Closing/Commissioning Service will be held for the PACIFIC NORTHWEST; DESERT MOUNTAIN; AND MISSOURI ANNUAL CONFERENCES.
Sunday afternoon: The Closing/Commissioning Service will be held for the CALIFORNIA; MIDWEST; AND SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA CONFERENCES
